Hotel Manager - DOQ (Full Time)

Responsible for all administrative functions and the daily operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial performance of the business unit, including budget prep, pricing, cost control, revenue management, cash flow and indirect expense management. Insure the highest level of performance for all staff and client relationships so the integrity of the operation is always impeccable. The Hotel Manager must be an effective decision-maker. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business or related field. Must have 5 – 10 years experience hospitality industry, and/or general management. Bi-lingual preferred. Casino Shift Manager - DOQ

Responsible for the operation, scheduling and supervision of the slot attendants, ensures adherence to and enforcement of company policies, procedures and internal controls established for the gaming areas; enforces policies and procedures for safeguarding assets in gaming area and all moneys in the Casino. Instructs customers on game play; must have prior experience in slot machine functions and supervision of gaming staff. Must be well-groomed, organized, punctual and dependable. Dealer - DOQ

Experience preferred, but will train. Main responsibilities include dealing Blackjack \"21\" game in accordance with accepted procedures, rules and policies. Responsible for chip rack, interacts with customers and reflects positive image for the Casino by presenting a neat appearance and friendly disposition. Machine Technician - DOQ (Full Time)

Responsible for the repair, maintenance for Casino Video Machines, and safeguard of all assets. Communicate all unusual situations concerning machines to either the Casino Shift Manager or Video Machine Manager in a timely manner. Maintain and keep accurate paper records of all opening and closing of machine doors and all repair to machines. Provide a weekly summary report of all major repairs and parts ordered or needed. Must have ability to learn machine repair skills, good handwriting skills, and self-motivated, well groomed and able to work independently without supervision. Slot Attendant - DOQ (Part Time)

Responsible for minor repairs and paper fills of Slot Machines. Responsible for providing customer service, which consist of; making change, serving refreshments, and assisting patrons with playing instructions. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
