General Manager for a Tribal Gaming facility located in Nice, California, on the beautiful shores of Clear Lake. Responsible for all administrative functions and the daily operation of the Resort and Casino complex which employs approximately 250 employees; provides supervising and training of key gaming personnel; responsible for all internal controls and procedures to ensure protection of company assets and enforcement of policies and procedures. Must have 5-10 years prior management experience in a Gaming or service-oriented industry and a Bachelors degree or combination of degree plus experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Marketing Manager (Full Time)
The ideal candidate must have recent management/supervisory experience, computer system expertise, and will oversee all employees in the division. Assists with promotional activities both in-house and off-site; acts as a liaison between the business community and Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino. Assists in setting up and participates in festivals, trade shows, conferences, concerts, and other community marketing programs. Excellent communication skills; must posses good customer relations and handling all types of customers. Must have a BA in Marketing and prior experience in Tribal Gaming and/or service oriented industry is a plus. Must be well-groomed, organized, punctual and dependable. Bar Manager - DOQ (Full Time)
The Bar Manager oversees the Beverage Department in accordance with company policy. Responsible for accurate reporting of sales, reviewing financial reports, initiating cost controls, promoting sales and events, ensuring department follows established liquor laws, and manages personnel within the department. Establishes and maintains a friendly environment for patrons, and coronate activities with other departments. Ideal candidate will have minimum two years experience in management position, previous bar/restaurant experience a plus. Bi-cultural experience preferred. Pit Supervisor
Directs and supervises table games activities during assigned shift. Observes game activities during shift and protects assets located within the department. Issues cards and equipment, checks cards for irregularities in order to safeguard the public and the Casino. Supervises games personnel with regard to scheduling, evaluation and training. Must have knowledge and experience of all table games, and ability to follow policies and procedures set forth for table games and enforce them. Dealer (Part Time)
Experience preferred, but will train. Main responsibilities include dealing Blackjack "21" game in accordance with accepted procedures, rules and policies. Machine Technician
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of Casino Video Machines, and safeguard of all assets. Communicate all unusual situations concerning machines to the Casino Shift Manager or Slot Director in a timely manner. Maintains and keeps accurate paper records of all opening and closing of machine doors and all repairs to machines. Provides a weekly summary report of all major repairs and parts ordered or needed. Must have ability to learn machine repair skills, good handwriting skills, and self-motivated, well groomed and able to work independently without supervision. Cage/ Vault Cashier
Requires a hands-on, detailed oriented person with experience in cash handling, ten-key experience helpful. Maintain and keep accurate paper records. Responsible for running money through money counter and sorting money. Balances all money in the vault. Must have good handwriting skills, be self-motivated, well-groomed and able to work independently without supervision. Must have excellent people skills and be willing to work and follow directions for multiple tasks. Must be available to work any shift and weekends. Suveillance Officer (Part Time)
Must have at least one year experience in surveillance or law enforcement.
