General Manager - DOQ (Full Time)
General Manager for a Tribal Gaming facility located in Nice, California, on the beautiful shores of Clear Lake. Responsible for all administrative functions and the daily operation of the Resort and Casino complex which employs approximately 250 employees; provides supervising and training of key gaming personnel; responsible for all internal controls and procedures to ensure protection of company assets and enforcement of policies and procedures. Must have 5-10 years prior management experience in a Gaming or service-oriented industry and a Bachelors degree or combination of degree plus experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Employer offers excellent fringe benefits to the successful candidate. Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications and experience. Bingo Manager - DOQ (Full Time)
Responsible for the daily operation and profitability of the Robinson Rancheria Bingo function.  Responsible for supervision of all Bingo personnel.  Must have previous management experience of bingo facilities; must be a firm manager and possess good interpersonal skills and be of high integrity; prior sales management experience highly desirable. Must be well-groomed, organized, punctual and dependable. Gaming Compliance Officer - Gaming Commission Office
Plans, controls and directs the daily operation to produce maximum efficiency; regulates compliance with the Robinson Rancheria Tribal/State Compact policies, procedures, and internal controls and regulations.  The Compliance Officer’s job will be to conduct regular random compliance checks on all departments of Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino.  The Compliance Office will ensure all departments are in compliance with all laws applicable to the Indian Gaming Industry.  This includes, National Indian Gaming Commission, Robinson Rancheria Gaming Ordinance of 1993, and the Tribal State Compact.
