Whenever you play our casino games, be sure to insert your Robinson Riches card into the card reader box
located on each slot machine or video game. After the card reader box states, "Card Accepted", you can begin
playing the game. You will want to leave the card inserted into the reader box throughout the duration of your play.
This card entitles you to earn points that are accumulated based on the number of coins played you put
in the slot or video machines. The Robinson Riches card acts as an identification card when you play
at table games. Just present your card to the floor person whenever you bet $10 or more on any of the table games.

Win/Loss Statements: Those players wishing to collect a Win/Loss statement for the purposes of filing taxes
should fill out a Win/Loss Statement Request Form and submit it to the Player's Club desk. The completed form
can also be sent to us in the mail; the address is printed at the bottom of the form. Please note that the form
must be filled outcompletely (with the exception of the email address, which is optional) and must be signed and
dated. You can fill in the form on your computer and print it out, or you can print it out and fill it in by hand.
